Avianca Airlines need to treat their customer better their flight attendants are so horrible and dont understand when I disable kittens to go to the bathroom they have to go to the bathroom my son urinate himself both of my kids the four year-old and the 10-year-old its so horrible.

I dont know who is the main Director or CEO from this company but they should know that you dont discriminate disabled individuals if I specially a kid with special-needs, my son was discriminated by not using the restroom, and he urinated himself, which it was embarrassing for himself, and for me as well people were talking about the issue. It was really unprofessional the airline attendance were so rude and they dont even speak the language apparently, but when you, the fly was over and you talk to the pilot all the suddenly they spoke English .

Other issue that occurred on your flight was flight attendants were cooking fish in the back and it smelled so horrible. It made my son vomit and I kept asking for bags. They told me they didnt have anything paper towels and etc. did didnt seem to understand what I was telling them and it seemed like the service is horrible.

You should train them also to do CPR because the lady fainted in the plane almost died did did not know what to do, you need to contact me by email. I did file complaint with the FAA already and will contact someone superior.

Words hurt

I was not looking for a refund upon my initial complaint, however at this time what do you think should be done.

My husband and I love Chilis and eat there quite often and receive excellent service each time. We eat the same meal and receive the meal as requested.

We ordered 12 wings with a mixture of both wing and drumsticks, if possible several flat parts as possible. However, on this one night 1/16/2024 around 5:00 pm and this was not the case. We received 3 flats and 9 drumstick's and when we inquired about the number of flats the response was insulting. From the cook the response was we are not responsible of the type number, we just grab the wings and cook.

I guess, based on the "cook" this is done without paying attention to customers requests or wants. I also called and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Bill and he shared the same response. Not to mention he said "I'm sure this is what you want.

I can offer you a dessert when you come in." OMG, really then he ended the conversation without asking me my name I had to remind him. This type of treatment is unsatisfactory, I wanted to treat my husband to dinner and he refused most of the meal.

My question, is this the policy of Chillis, and if so like other establiments increase the cost of the order change, if it is at cost to you.

No response from Flight Centre to original letter sent October 2023

Arrived Singapore Airport 31 July 2023. After immigration & customs the Driver from "Discova" did not attend the arrivals area where we were supposed to meet.

We my wife and I questioned the other drivers as to whether they had seen the "discova"driver. Neither these drivers nor the railway staff present said they had not seen our "discova" driver we paid $ 98 AUD for this transport to our Singapore hotel. I ask that we be given a refund for this amount.

The Second incident concerned the lack of travel booking numbers (or even tickets for the train travel London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. At the Station Booking office we required booking numbers to print our tickets.

Flight Centre did not provide these. The afterhours phone person said I should buy second class tickets to Edinburgh which I did.
